Booking and Deposits

DIRECT reservations whenever possible are much appreciated in support of our small business.
We ask for a 50% deposit to be taken at the the time of booking and the balance will be taken automatically on your day of arrival.
Cancellations and Non-Arrival
You may cancel your reservation without charge if you give a full 14 days notice from your intended arrival date.We will issue a full refund of your deposit on the same day you notify us.
If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival date then the deposit will not be refunded unless the room is resold.
In the event of non-arrival, where no communication has been received from the guest of their wish to cancel, the balance payment will be charged to the card given at the time of reservation.Up to 14 days prior to your arrival you can also amend your holiday date, depending on availability.
We would recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
Damage
Please report any breakages or damage to us as soon as possible.We don't normally charge for minor breakages however, any damage to bed linen, carpets, furniture or soft furnishings may be liable to a cleaning/repair charge.If the damage cannot be repaired then a replacement cost will be incurred.
If you have given your credit/debit card details to make payment, then you agree that we may debit that card with an amount as maybe required to remedy such damage.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury to any member of your party, your vehicles or your possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of our employment.
